Describe your organisation or the aim of your product and its target audience?
We need a logo design for a new service launching soon. It's a mobile application and web app service for helping stock options traders keep track of their trades and optimize returns. We would like a design:
* that works in both long form (with options journal caption) as well as compact form with just a pictogram
* that has both light and dark theme variants with a dominant color for each (colors need not be the same)
* the final design should communicate risk taking and growth.

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
