Basically it's a comparison website, it compares various website and down the line we have review section for various websites and technologies also in it. I would like to see if you can use magnifying glass in logo, just curious to see but not limited to that. I am open for all the suggestions. I want to versions one for Black/Dark background and one for white background

If you use fonts that require a license, confirm with the client they're ok with it. For licensing reasons, it is better to provide your client with information on how to acquire the font rather than providing the actual files.
Text in logos should be converted to outlines.
